SPT is going to invest a customer care and billing system (CCBS) provisioning fixed telephony and ADSL service. The required CCBS consists of the modules following:
- Customer Information Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Rating and Billing (including bill formatting and printing function).
- Promotion Handling and Management
- Account Receivables Management
- 119/116 Call Handling (receive and handle failure announcing calls via number 119 and general enquiring calls via number 116 from customers)
- Complaint Handling and Management
- ADSL Service Support and Management
