After published for opposition, SPT’s logo is accepted to be protected by the United States Patent and Trademark Office – USPTO’s under the trademark no. 3476921. The protection will be valid for ten years starting from July 29, 2008. There are 4 classes of goods/services filed and accepted: classes 35, 36, 38 and 39
