We have ambitious plan to expand our international networks to better serve our customers who are asking more and more bandwidth for their personal and corporate use. We are seeking opportunities to work with partners who desire to establish a win-win relationship with us in the long-run to market the international capacity.

The potential partners should be legitimate and profitable. The potential partners should be permitted to set up backhaul transmission in designated countries and to provide international telecommunications services from and to such countries. The potential partners should fairly contribute to a feasible business plan that helps spread out our services to our customers internationally. At this first phase, we focus on partners originating from Singapore, Hong Kong, and the US.

Initial contact should start with a thoughtful introduction, preferably in the format of a formal Letter of Intent, about your esteemed organization  and your competences in the relevant field. Further discussion is enacted after a generic NDA is signed and executed. A formal proposal from the partner is anticipated within four weeks from the day we deliver reasonably required data for you.

Given the strict timeline of the plan, we will have to finalize the collaboration agreement before the end of 2008. Partners will be served on the first-come first-served basis.
